Testimonials:
Daniella - thanks you so much for the seminar.
I have really enjoyed our time together and have learned so much from you! I appreciate all of your ideas - and how each one is so thought out and clearly planned out/defined and organized.
I certainly plan to reference back to our notes and your ideas to incorporate in my classes!
Much appreciation for all of your hard work,Sara Weiss, Dean of Middle School Students, Seattle Hebrew Academy

2) How to design a student exhibit across the curriculum.
It is one thing to design an engaging project in a classroom, and it is quite another to design an exhibit that engages students in multiple modalities. This course will teach teachers how to create an exhibit where students can learn about a topic from various angles and in different types of subjects. Here are a few examples of exhibits I coordinated by mentoring a wide range of teachers in cross curricular project design.
Testimonials:
What if we told you these projects were created by first graders?? Yes, it's true. Under the mentorship of master educator and PBL practitioner Daniella Robicsek Botnick, teachers at the girls division of Hebrew Academy of Cleveland, led their students through PBL units that included essential questions such as the ones these first graders grappled with:
What does an animal within my natural habitat need to thrive?
Not only were no animals harmed in the making of these triboards, brochures, and dioramas, but no WiFi was used either. That's right--students read their research offline, wrote their work by hand, and, as you can see, got highly creative designing and producing their work.
It's amazing to see even the youngest of students engaging in student-centered learning.Tikvah Weiner, Head of the Ideainstitute

3) SCHOLAR IN RESIDENCE
I also serve as a scholar in residence to various communities. I have spoken to a range of shuls about various topics relating to Torah and education.
Testimonials:
Daniella, your shiur was life changing. I didn’t want to get up from my chair after you gave it because I thought these exact words-“if I choose to integrate this class into my life, I will move forward on an entire new trajectory that will lead to life enhancement and a complete perspective shift on failure, shame, and resilience amidst struggle.” As you saw, I delayed leaving the room as best as I could and I truly look forward to practicing these golden nuggets of wisdom. -Tsippora Grodko, Motivational Speaker, LMSW
I am on a spiritual high! This shabbos was amazing! You are passionate and knowledgeable. At the last session for women only, I loved how you encouraged audience participation which made for a lively interactive session. Thank you for helping me get ready for the upcoming Yom Tov of Rosh Hashanah. Raizelle Snow, Jewish educator
4) IEP COORDINATOR
I also serve as a student services coordinator. I manage students’ IEPs (Individual Education Plans) by serving as the quarterback between the teachers, the administrators, the therapists, the tutors and the parents. This ensures that students who are struggling get the best services possible.
